A cook book, conceptualised by graphic designer and cook Ko Sliggers, with a photographic contribution by me. The photographs follow his pigs, Buti and Farra, named after a Spanish blood sausage, on their path from being an animal, to the small scale slaughter house, to being processed into various dishes.
